2025 Men's Retreat, Tres Piedras, NM, Aug 29 - Sept 1, 2025

 A safe container will be set to gather as men and embrace all of our sides - emphasizing open hearts. We'll be sitting in circle, and getting out on the mountain all the while using our creative expression and breathwork to create the safety and openings. This is the first retreat at this location, although we had a large wedding gathering of 80 people here in 2016. I've been preparing for using the ranch for these retreats for a long time, and this will be the first of many to follow here!

7:00pm - Open Circle - gather to set intentions for the retreat - Connecting Deeply with Mother Earth

Aug 30th, Saturday

8:30am - Breakfast

10:00am - Opening Circle - Leaning Into Your Life - Is it working? What are some areas to improve in?

12:30pm - Lunch

2:30pm - work projects

3:30pm - Hike - connecting with Mother Earth - Breathing on the Tres Piedras Rocks

5:30pm - Dinner

7:00pm - Circle - Are you feeling stuck inside yourself? With your emotions, your mind and your body?

8:30pm - Breathwork - Clearing any stuck-ness by way of opening the heart with the breath

Aug 31st, Sunday

7:30am - Yoga

8:30am - Breakfast

10am - Circle - Are you still waiting to heal your relationship with your Mother? Or Father? How does anything unresolved with them bleed into your other relationships?

12:30pm - Lunch

3:00pm - Circle - Taking things deeper into this moment - openness and transparency. What did you come here to work on and heal?

5:15pm - Dinner

6:30pm - Creative Expression - sharing writing, song, dance...OR travel to a local hot springs to breath in the water - depends on the water and availability of the springs.

8:30pm - Breathwork - surrendering - balancing the masculine (active) and the feminine (receptive) energies within the heart and consciousness. Sacred Marriage within.

Sept 1st, Monday

Additional Logistics:

- Lodging/Accommodations - this is a more rustic setting on the ranch.

1. We'll have a few beds in a couple of cabins, and possibly a few beds in some glamping tents for you to book

2. You will also be able to bring your own tents, campers and RV's to stay in as we have 433 acres to spread out on. We don't have RV hookups, but we'll have restrooms and places for you to shower.

3. As well there are local airbnb's in Tres Piedras, and you are 30 minutes away from Ojo Caliente Hot Springs, (which is amazing), and about 15 minutes to the Earth Ships (you can rent) by the Rio Grande Gorge, and 35 minutes from Taos, NM.
