This 18 inch braid of ceremonial, perennial grass is used to smudge much like sage. It imparts a beautiful vanilla-like earthy fragrance that is soothing and cleansing when burned. All sweet grass is purchased from Indigenous tribes and they are grateful for every braid that is purchased. The most recent purchase came from Prairie Edge & Sioux Trading Post in Rapid City, SD. Other purchases come from Clear Creek Trading in Sedona, AZ who buy directly from the Northern tribes.
